Join the wrok Discord Community
Building a resume shouldn't feel like shouting into the void. When you hit a snag — export isn't working, the AI suggestion feels off, you're not sure how to phrase a role — you want a real answer from someone who's been there.
That's why we're launching the wrok Discord community.
What you'll find there
Direct support. If something breaks or doesn't work the way you expect, drop a message. We're a small team and we actually read every message. You'll get a real response, not a ticket number.
Feature conversations. We're building wrok in the open. Discord is where we'll float ideas before they become features, and where you can tell us what's actually useful versus what sounds good on a landing page.
Resume feedback. One of the hardest parts of resume writing is knowing whether what you wrote actually lands. The community is a place to get eyes on your work from other engineers who understand what hiring managers look for.
Where to find the link
We've added Discord access everywhere you might need it:
- Landing page footer — in the Resources section
- Sidebar — the Discord icon is always one click away in the editor
- Settings page — a dedicated Help & Support section with Discord and email options
- Sync setup card — right next to the documentation link
- Privacy and Terms pages — in the contact sections
The idea is simple: wherever you are in wrok, help is never more than one click away.
Why Discord?
We considered a few options — email-only support, a help center, GitHub Discussions. Discord won because it's where engineers already hang out, conversations happen in real time, and it's easy to build a community around it rather than just a support queue.

The community is live now at discord.gg/SRHRsjDQCg. Come say hi, report a bug, request a feature, or just lurk. All are welcome.
